US AND CANADA ORDERS

S36 has a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee for customers in the United States and in Canada. Customers who purchase full priced products from the S36exercise.com website can return our products within 30 days of the order and get a full refund of the purchase price of the mat(s). The product must be returned in its entirety and in the same condition as when it arrived at the original destination. Please email us at info@s36exercise.com to request a return shipping label. 

*The 30 day money back guarantee applies to all regular priced s36exercise.com site orders only and does not apply to clearance items, discounted items, or wholesale orders.

*We reserve the right to refuse returns on used/opened products.

*Please note: If the product was purchased from another site/retailer please contact them directly to return the product (the customer will have to adhere to the return policies of that place of purchase).

PRODUCT DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged due to shipping, e-mail info@s36exercise.com within 30 days of the delivery. We will then make a claim with the courier and work to rectify the situation.

Utilizing a shipping damaged or manufactured defective product may void the warranty or damage claim, so please contact us if your mat was damaged due to shipping or has a manufacture defect.
